  This is NOT a Verizon Store. I repeat, this is NOT a Verizon Store. This is another company that uses Verizon products, but plays by their own rules. I got a new Google Pixel at this location and had so many issues with the phone, service, and the "deals" that were being claimed to me. I was flat out lied to that my bill would be $70 a month after 3 months, but alas, its been 5 months and my bill has no changed. I had to call Verizon and luckily they refunded the money I lost as well as made up for my time and frustration. But save your time and money and go to a true and real Verizon Store.

  Stay away; this is a Verizon "authorized retailer", not a real Verizon outlet. This means they make money by doing and saying anything they can think of to separate you from as much money as possible, because they don't make money from Verizon - they make money by skimming off of YOU. Flat-out lied on the phone when I asked "Is there a discount if I already have Verizon FIOS at home and I purchase a Verizon wireless plan?" Guy said yes, but got real vague when I asked how much, and kept repeating, "just come on in and we'll hook you up." I called the real Verizon store later and they told me that promotion has expired; at least they were honest, unlike this chop shop.
