  It's not to pick on the store, per se. They're all terrible. Sometimes the staff is ok, sometimes not. But there are chronic under-stock situations in every Staples I go to. It's so bad, we started using delivery. Which was a total s--- show. 3 delayed delivery dates. Finally delivery of half the order. Then there are rebates. I bought something today that had a rebate. The onerous process to get it on line after being given a ridiculous amount of paper in the store. And 4-6 weeks to get it! The company is rotten, pure and simple. And like any company that knows it's awful, you can't actually review them on Google reviews. Going to start using Uline from now on.
