  Warning: don't send your watch here unless it's under warranty and the manufacturer will pay the bill. LVMH will try to rip you off with expensive, un-necessary service. I sent my Zenith watch to LVMH for a simple out-of-warranty repair. A month later, I received a repair estimate for over $600. It was $25 to replace the missing crown, which was the reason that I sent the watch in. And then another $600 to refurbish the watch, clean and oil the movement, etc. I told them that I didn't want the watch to be refurbished; just replace the crown and seal and pressurize the watch. They argued with me and said that the manufacturer requires them to fully refurbish every watch. They would not perform even a simple repair unless they could do the full refurbishment. They argued further when I made the statement that "it's my watch and I'll decide what it needs and what I'm willing to pay for." So just be aware that this company will do everything possible to jack up the price of your repair.
